It's daytime here in Oz so I'm well n' truly 'awake'....handy that..I can respond when you lot can't get to sleep!

Now of course your leg cramp could simply be 'leg cramp' OR it could be something else.... rule of thumb..if YOU are worried then certainly ring for reassurance or professional opionion..can you get to an ER??

Sorry you've been so unwell.....I'll keep an eye on the Board to see if you are still up & need distraction!

Oh I'm glad to hear you have someone with you Nan.....have you tried a cold compress on the spot to see if that brings any relief to the 'hotness'?

Why is it that that these oddities so often strike inh the night time...it can be such a lonely feeling..the rest of the world asleep in their beds & YOU up & feeling anxious & ill!
