It was mentioned to take manganese for copper overload. This one

thing I have no tried is manganese. I take about 250 mg of zinc daily

with little results. How much manganese is recommended? I know Andy

says to be careful with MN since it can be a complimentary toxin to

mercury. I am a large guy 220 pounds 6'3 ft tall.

Thanks
