Guest guest
Why don't you show us the test? There is a lot that we can get out of it. Post it in the files section, or send it to dean. Instructions: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html B12, you can continue. You can save you money and take it orally if you want. I believe you absorb 1/80th of what you consume orally. You can check on AM for the oral B12 protocol - search with onibasu.com Copper ... so, you appear to be an adult male, 55 is red high ==> you should be on the copper protocol. (Assuming the copper was not from a swimming pool.) Zinc, manganese, liver support (milk thistle, lecithin; glycine/taurine), and avoid high copper foods, particularly nuts. Also, make sure you supps don't have copper in them. If you do also have mercury intoxication, you can chelate with ALA (assuming >3mo since the last exposure). You should increase your resting time between rounds. For your level of copper, it's 1 day on, 2 days off. Dave. -------------- Posted by: " cfiatzph " cfiatzph@... cfiatzph Thu May 29, 2008 10:45 am (PDT) Quick question. I have a definate adrenal fatigue on my hair test. My copper is 56 (10-28) Low MN, low cobalt. I have derranged mineral transport. I guess also in addition high copper. Does it makes sense that I am a high copper, low histamine, over methylator and I should avoid copper, supplement zinc, MB, and maybe some MN. I have done B12 shots in the past and they make me feel great! Would it be logical to do b12 shots, folic acid and niacin to raise histamine and lower copper? Thanks
