Guest guest
If you are high sulfur, then you should avoid it. I'm the WAP person here in Berkeley, and my solution has been to make pickled beets. Beets are very good for the liver, and that's just what we need! I know that cabbage is a sulfur containing food, but I am unclear if Cutler forbids absolutely ALL sulfur containing food or just says to severely curtail them? My homemade kraut is very beneficial. I use it to treat bowel problems and it keeps me regular whereas NOTHING else i have ever done has accomplished this. For this reason I am very hesitant to give it up. thanks for any input.
