Update: I've taken a break from chelating while I get my adrenal

function back on track and tackle a few bugs. For adrenals: 250mg ACE

(4xday) and 5mg Cortef (4xday) is working for me. Also taking

virtually every supplement known to man (and recommended by Andy) is

helping as well. I'm also getting more rest at night. My focus has

been improving.

I'm starting Hydergine (1mg 3xday) as of today so I'll see what's up

with that.

Results back from Metametrix 2105 Microbial Ecology Profile showed I

had problems with several parasites as well as clostridia difficile

and other pathogens so I treated with Xifaxan (200mg 3xday for 3days)

followed by Alinia (500mg 2xday for 3 days). Taking extra probiotics

now and feel really good. Digestion is working quite noticeably

better.

Xifaxan is a great drug IMO as it's not absorbed into the

bloodstream, only acts in the gut. Alinia is rather new and has been

safely used on kids -- Seems to clobber the bugs too.

I should be back on track to start chelating again late next week

(round 12). Plan to try DMSA 12.5 + ALA 6mg every three hours, 3 days

on/off.

Feel good about getting a running start into it this time -- have

more solid support and all the information I've gleaned from you all

will help immensely. Also resting from treatment combined with adding

in adrenal support will, I hope, help a great deal in sustaining the

rounds.

I haven't been checking the boards here -- took a break from that

too -- so hope everyone is hanging in there!
