Guest guest
What if we tried to do excersize the way we Flylady? 15 minutes at a time. I did the Montel bodybuilding workout (they have it at the library) before and it really helped with my tummy and more so on my legs! So that's my plan there are like 12 different weight lifting so I'm going to start with two and then try and do those two every day. The first one you put a big ball (they use a Swiss ball but I use the $2.50 walmart special) behind your back and lean it up against a wall. Then you " sit " and raise yourself back up 30 times. The second things is calf raises while you hold weights. I stand on my step and go up and down 30 times. They do 30 with each leg seperate but I figure I can save time doing both at the same time LOL. Anybody else game to try?
Guest guest
I am 36-38 DDD depending on the bra (probably could go bigger, but they are so expensive.) I would gladly cut off my boobs for you. People don't realize that they are dang heavy. I try to explain that to my mentally 18 yr old sex-crazed hubby, but all he says is " I'll carry them for you " ! > Okay, I had heard of a 32 DD bra size, but a 32 G??? There is > actually a G cup? Guest guest
He said he would support me in whatever I wanted, but he loves me the way I am... Famous last words. It is so expensive. I do not think I could afford it right now, but I will have it done. I maybe 90 and in a nursing home, but it will happen. I know what you mean about the bruises and digging. Not to mention they get in the way. I am afraid of loss of sensation. I have heard that the surgery has ont of the higest satisfaction rates in plastic surgery. That is what they say on TLC anyway. I don't mean you can't lose any weight gained prior to menopause. I mean that the weight you gain from perimenopause, like my 15 lbs, is going to stay. Is this how you thought I meant it?
