Hi Jackie,

--------Hi Simon,

I haven't tested my adrenals, but:

3 years ago another homeopatic doctor

(because of ldn: he described it; and the hairtest) did

a bloodcheck: everything was allright, except

my dhea was much too low: he said my adrenals were exhausted.

He gave me dhea (5 months), the level got/went allright this way

(again a bloodtest) but I noticed totally nothing !?

----------You probably needed more adrenal support than just DHEA, so that's

probably why you didn't notice anything. And my understanding is that cortisol

levels fluctuate alot during the day, so a one-time blood test might not be that

accurate. And I believe they say saliva testing represents more what's in the

cells, rather than just what's in your bloodstream. My doctor uses saliva

testing for these hormones. So a saliva test back then might have told a

different story for you.----------Jackie

By the way: 3 years ago I was much better than now (the last year).

A hairanalysis this time..... ?!

-----------If you're feeling worse and it's been 3 years since your last hair

test, then I would suggest getting a new one done. I assume you have your

amalgams out? Are you chelating? I do believe that chelation is also stress on

the adrenals, so you may very well need adrenal support. So a hair test and a

saliva test might be very worthwhile at this point.--------Jackie

Greeting,

Simon

Hi Jackie,

I " ll ask my doctor about a hair test and a saliva test.

I think both would be wise to do on this moment.

I used isocort (twice), ace, and more for my adrenals;

long enough; nothing helped. I really noticed nothing.

Thanks anyway,

Simon
