It helps rebuild the cartilage and joints. It has great success for arthritis, but needs 2 months or so to start working. Dose = 1500mg/day. Guest guest
Thanks. I had tried MSM and remember not feeling all that well afterward so I stopped taking it. I guess Glucosamine Sulfate is different? Thanks, Subject: Re: Re: Collagen/Joint problems. Was: Hair Test - . Guest guest
Thanks. I had tried MSM and remember not feeling all that well afterward so I stopped taking it. I guess Glucosamine Sulfate is different? Thanks, Yes, it is very different when it comes to mercury. MSM is a sulfur supplement that will move mercury around and won't be tolerated by sulfur-intolerant people, while Glucosamine Sulfate will not move mercury and is safe for sulfur-intolerant people (and important for low-sulfate people). Guest guest
Any idea how much Glucosamine Sulfate to take per day for these types of issues? Is liquid better than pill form? Many thanks, Subject: Re: Re: Collagen/Joint problems. Was: Hair Test - . To: frequent-dose-chelation Date: Wednesday, July 2, 2008, 10:04 AM Thanks.
