Hi Val,

Glucosamine Sulfate is a safe supplement for mercury toxic people to take

(even if sulfur intolerant).

It helps rebuild the cartilage and joints.

It has great success for arthritis, but needs 2 months or so to start

working.

Dose = 1500mg/day.

Thanks.  I had tried MSM and remember not feeling all that well afterward so I

stopped taking it.  I guess Glucosamine Sulfate is different?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Yes, it is very different when it comes to mercury.

MSM is a sulfur supplement that will move mercury around and won't be

tolerated by sulfur-intolerant people, while Glucosamine Sulfate will not

move mercury and is safe for sulfur-intolerant people (and important for

low-sulfate people).

Any idea how much Glucosamine Sulfate to take per day for these types of issues?

Is liquid better than pill form?

Many thanks,
