Guest guest
I gather from what I have read that determining if you are an under or over methylator is very, very difficult. But are there any clues that we can get from the tests that we do and from our symptoms? Clues from urine, blood, hair analysis or liver detox panal etc? For me personally for example, I am taking B12, TMG and folinic acid but how do I know if it doing me good or harm? It doesn't make any difference to how I feel either way. Methylation is really important isn't it? Is it something that will " sort itself out " when the mercury is removed? Is it more important to chelate or should we really be concentrating on methylation at the same time?
