Debbie, I hear you, so very well. If it isn't one thing it's another

and there don't seem to be any respites. Not that there aren't some

good things also, but the hassles just don't let up, and then when

you don't feel well that just makes all the much harder.

Like many moms on this list I have arthralgias and even when I don't

hurt I know that if I do too much (which sometimes isn't much at all)

I am going to PAY for it. It's annoying, irritating, frustrating and

disheartening. I see so much to be done and have so little ability

to manage it. It won't be this way forever, but it feels like it

right now. Hang in there. This too shall pass...eventually.

BTW...I'm up for a sleeping vacation also.

Thanks Jacquie.

Can't say I'm feeling totally crappy just ... not good either. It's

like limbo.

Come on the sleeping vacation with me!!!!!! (Ok, I can dream of one

can't I?)

I would except .... I couldn't breath from March until November in

Philadelphia. Horrible bronchial spasm attacks from being outdoors.

Totally bumming when I was there.

Whereabouts in Philly do you live??

I'm sleeping good, but can I just hang out in the pool?? Adults only?? No

sippy cups, no diapers, no hanging on my arm? HEY!!! I'll be able to figure

out if I still know how to flush a toilet!!! :-)

Sorry you're still feeling so crappy :-(

We're dealing with allergies here too (MI). 's head is all clogged

up, is a bit better now, and I finally broke down and started taking

the Singulair the Dr. prescribed for me sometime last summer....fun, fun,

fun.

I hope you feel more balanced out soon and start getting to sleep at night!

By the way, you aren't drinking coffe, hot or iced tea or pop at night are

you?

Thanks Sue. I really need to get my butt to the doctor and get

something for the allergies.

No coffee at night, and I only drink decaf or herbal tea, and I only

drink decaf sodas (7up, Sprite, etc). One cup of coffee in the morning

is the only caffeine I drink at all.

I'm trying to avoid sugar and large meals late at night ... not doing

all that well, but working on it. Seems to help if I don't eat too late

in the evening.

>>>>>>>

I need a vacation. No kids, no husband, no house, no schools. I don't

even care where it is, because all I plan to do is sleep and lay around.

Maybe paint ... hahahaha, paint, what is that? I've forgotten. Maybe

write a bit ... haven't done that in ages either. Yes, a sleeping

vacation, that sounds lovely. Anyone want to join me?
