Guest guest
I hated having a name no one could spell when I was a kid its so rare anyone gets my name right, it really doesn't bother me - after all, I couldn't spell it myself 'til I was 6-ish. Anyone who makes the effort is OK by me. (Also have some sympathy for people's attempts to pronounce said moniker...) And apparently, according to genuine Gaelic speakers, I get neither the spelling or the pronounciation quite right (has an accent on the " a " and needs the right accent to say it...! - but its my name & I'll do as I please...) Siobhan - pronounced somewhere between shuv - orn and shuv - on mum to (7 & 1/2) & Lucas (b. July 2001)

I'm not BTW Jenni still makes me feel girlie but I've come to terms with it now! Choosing names for children is *such* a responsibility that's why I let Gethyn choose the girls' first names Jenni ( & Gethyn) 17yrs, Mari 3yrs (H/B) Babi Bach: 37wks+ (Planning Home Water-Birth) " If you don't know your options - you don't have any "
