Guest guest
> > I am not tolerating omega 3. Cant I just take ALA, who makes EPA and DHA? EPA and DHA come from fish oil. You can eat several fatty fish meals per week (the smaller the fish the lower the content of heavy metals, like sardines and wild salmon may be ok, cold water fish have a higher fat content). Supplementing with good quality fish oils is ideal. We have found that Nordic Naturals has about the best reputation. Try some cod liver oil or fish oil in very small doses and gradually increase if tolerated. Take it with lecithin, to act as an emulsifier. Some people also need enzymes that contain lipase (you can tell if stools are oily). One possibility would be to buy some emu oil and apply it to your skin. > Why do we have to suplemet omega 3 while chelating, Omega 3 is an essential oil that is extremely deficient in most modern day diets (the exception would be someone who eats fish every day). Omega 3 is fragile, and destroyed by mercury. It is essential for brain healing, and is also an essential component of cell membranes. When mercury is removed from the brain and other organs during chelation the essential components for healing must be supplied or healing won't occur. Omega 3 is also essential for gut healing. > when we use the > ALA as a chelating agent? The ALA we use for chelating is alpha lipoic acid. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lipoic_acid The ALA that is an omega 3 oil is alpha linolenic acid http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpha-linolenic_acid J > Livene >
