Here are the few places in the book where doses are given:

Pg 99 - 250-1000mcg molybdenum taken with C, zinc and calcium, also mentioned

to hinder copper absorption

Pg 117 - for 's Disease, taking 1mg molybdenum with 100mg of zinc is to

reduce copper

Pg 159 - (where all the descriptions are) 1000 mcg

Ok, so I checked iherb.com and kirkman labs web sites, but neither

seems to carry doasages even close to 1000mcg. What is everyone taking?

Thorne Research brand has 1,000 mcg capsules, which I believe was recommended to

me by Andy a long time ago, or on these groups, etc. It might just be because

they have that capsule size. Anyway, here are a few sites that do carry Thorne
