Guest guest
Oh, thank you ! I suspect that Tim is not that tall yet as he's certainly no more than 80cm in total! But I will try and measure him tomorrow anyway. Trying to decide whether to go for the cheap and little or the pricier and sturdier and longer lasting... What do you all think of my birthday ideas: little table and chair for him to draw etc at Duplo Trike Anneliese and nearly-two Timmy! trikes > > If no-one else has done this yet (lots of unread digests -oops), seat to > pedal on the Raleigh banjo trike is 32 cm ( ie crotch to bottom of sole > of shoe would need to be that, or very nearly in order to pedal it) > Curran > Mum to 4 boys.Co-Chair, MVA, Valley cushion agent, homebirth support and > booking clerk Selby Rural NCT > Region 7 Secretary > > >
Guest guest
<<Another good buy around that age was ELC Happy Street >>> I second that Phoebe and Eloisa loves ours.. (think it is now called happy land though to combine the street and the track) Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already. I think my DS3 is still waiting for a present for his 2nd birthday which was in June. I think it gets harder and harder choosing a present for a sibling of the same sex. I don't know how C gets on! Duplo always goes down well in our house, even DS1+2 still have moments when they play with it. When I was in Toys R Us a couple of weeks ago I noticed that they did Bob the Builder Duplo which DS3 will be putting on his Christmas List. ALso very popular in our house is BRIO. DS3 was playing with it before his 2nd birthday, building simple tracks and bruming his trains around. We also have a lot of Happy Streets stuff as well but I do prefer the " manual " trucks etc rather than the more noisy battery powered ones. I prefer the sound effects and imagination to come from the children. HTH Trisha SAHM to 3 boys
Guest guest
Hey, I didn't mean *I * was going to get them all for him - he has 2 sets of grandparents (well, sort of, one stepgrandmother) and an aunt & family and 3 other godparents!!! I'm VERY poor right now as the access bill I've just paid has a week's business expenses (hotel in Sweden) for DH plus a cross channel ferry and also we've just got a lot of cash to convert into francs and DH couldn't be bothered to spend an extra 15 minutes at work putting his expenses claim in.... ARGHHHH!!! :-) Anneliese & Timmy! was trikes, now b'day ideas >What do you all think of my birthday ideas: >little table and chair for him to draw etc at >Duplo >Trike >Anneliese and nearly-two Timmy! Gosh you tell he's your only child, any one of those would be generous in my book :-))), all great presents though. Curran Mum to 4 boys.
