Nanci, thank you for sharing :) In my experience you have to be

careful in adding the glutamic acid. I have read that if it is not

needed, it will turn to glutamate and have the effects of MSG.

I bought it after reading it was a gut healer in Andy's book, but my

son had MSG-type reactions to it (headache, irritability). I was mad

at myself for not doing more research before trying it. Fortunately

we have not had the same problem with any of the others! (have not

tried arginine).
