We've done about 70 rounds, using Vitamin Shoppe ALA tablets (they divide nicely

with a

razor, always a plus!) or Doctor's Best from iHerb (they make a 35 mg, which I

used for the

kids, no dividing, yay!).

Darren,

Is it really possible to get Kirkman to compound ALA to specific

dosing requirements? I thought they only sold 25 mg capsules...
