Guest guest
PS to my post... I found manganese helped first with the liver area pain.. Then much later ,6-8 years? I started taking lecithin which made a huge difference to my irritable bowel symptoms. I did parasite cleanses before the manganese and after the manganese... with no improvements and no stones coming out with the cleanses.. I must have done at least five.. I felt better during parasite cleanses that I also did.. maybe because of the bitter herbs?? but no lasting improvements or changes. I even had a parasite just before I got ill...I passed a long one in the toilet and when I saw it I flushed and ran--LOL---!!! it wsa actually the parasite drug that made me ill...along with antibiotics I had had a couple of weeks prior .. Guest guest
The Manganese story reminded me that for me it's Sodium that helps that liver pain where there are no stones. I used to use Blackmore's celloids - it worked really well. And some acupuncture helped too. Gail. I ended up taking three times the usual dose at times where my liver was very bad.. I thought I must have gallstones. or infection in my gallbladder as my liver area would ache like crazy... No stones showed up with ultra sounds,,This website... half way down the page under the title What Factors might contribute to deficiency in manganese " Says that " indiividuals with liver or gallbladder disorders may need more dietary manganes. " http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient & dbid=77I could not sleep the pain was so bad.. I would pop a manganese vitamin and boom I would feel relief and go to sleep again. I do not know the amount as I do not have a bottle of it.. but it is what it usually comes in .. natural factors is the brand I use.. It took me a while to get my levels up.. until I lowered the amount to one a day..
