I'll answer the part of your question I know the answer to.

NAC and Alpha Lipoic Acid are both sulphur supplements.

Stay away from those right now. The time for ALA will come later.

There's a very good list of sulphur foods in the Files section. Warning. Some

people on the

list are saying they can use butter even though the other sulphur foods were bad

for them.

I tried butter, knowing sulphur foods were bad for me, just to experiment. I

can't do

butter. Just stick to the list strictly, and watch out for hidden sulphur foods

that can really

give you a kick in the a__. Like barbeque sauce, which often has onions and

garlic.

Why would you stay away from ala? I have a bad yeast problem and

going sulfur free really kicked off some die-off reactions. But if

mercury caused yeast in the first place, and from what I've read here,

you can't get rid of the yeast until you get rid of the mercury.

So..why would stop ala?
