Guest guest
Hi, just want to mention that kelp is not always a good source for ioidine because it's often contaminated with arsenic and other heavy metals. Have a look at www.iodine4health.com for a good alternative and more information. Temperatures of 37.6 - 37.8 are actually higher than average - for the thyroid temp test to be low it should be under 36.5 with 36.7 - 37 as being normal. So there is either a low grade infection happening or the thyroid is running too fast. If it's too fast you need to look at iodine, lithium and perhaps copper and maybe other minerals. Feeling better on ALA may because it helps with extra copper. Gail In frequent-dose-chelation livene wrote:..Adrenal stuff.. I have tried Isocort and HC-cream, but my body get stressed out. I take a lot of Vitamin C, thats all for the adrenals now. My temps are stady on 37,6-37,8. Celsius.37 is the normal range. (I know you use farenheit.) I gues I need thyorid support. I tried Tyrosin, It was really not good for me. I got mentally problems of it, really sceary. I will ask my doctor, but my bloodtest are in normal range so... Well, maybe I have to do it myself. First I will try some Iodine in Kelp. -----------Yes, Iodine is worth a try, and also, selenium is good for the thyroid, helps convert T4 to T3.---------Jackie
