Guest guest
Hi everyone, Wanted to update you and ask for your opinions.. I have done 21 rounds. 12.5 mg DMSA/ALA Lately I have moved to every other week 3 days on both and then one day DMSA only. I was finding that my body was having a hard time with chelating every week. Many things have gotten better but the big ones are still disabling. Specifically the last two rounds have resulted in a flare up of neuropathy...the first time lasted about 8 days, starting two or three days after ending a round. This time it has been milder and has been about a week. Have others had similar experiences? i wonder if this could be liver related..that the second last dump was big and taxed my liver? Also after the last round I have an increase in fatigue and the feeling of motion. (Like when I stop moving it still feels like I am moving, the couch feels like it is gently rocking) This is the most difficult symptom for me. I have had to stop driving. Again, any comments. Also after the last two rounds I have had much more stomach upset. Eating food generally causes crampy feelings. No too much difference in bowel movement. i got my amalgams out last July. Started DMSA/ALA end of November. Any thoughts or encouragment would be welcome. Trying to remember this is the long haul...this seems like a bit step back. Hi Collette, This is called vertigo and can be caused by inner ear infection (which mercury can awaken due to lowered immunity there) and often it is from jaw tension. As we chelate it causes a lot of stress, this translates into jaw tension and impacts on the temporal bone that holds your inner ear mechanism. If it is not caused by a virus or bacteria (that often tracks from the jaw - especially cavitations and infections), you might get a lot of relief by seeing a physio or chiro that has training in CranioSacral therapy.
