Guest guest
I don't take the Multi B, I only use the individual ones according to need. I take my individual B's according to how good they smell to me. If they smell bad I avoid them -If they have no smell that bothers me I supplement and if they smell sweet I take extra. The other way to check is by knowing your own particular deficiency or overdose symptoms. You do that by firstly observing yourself and then researching about the individual B's. For example for me an indication that I need more B2 is that the corners of my mouth begin to feel irritated. Usually B12 needs building up - Have a look at the moons on your nails - if they are present on all nails you probably ok for this one. If you need adrenal support you may need extra B3 - check your tongue to see if there is a groove down the middle - the groove indicates deficiency. Extra Biotin is probably needed if your are having hair, skin or fungal problems or you know your friendly bowel bacteria are depleted. Gail. PS Carpal tunnel is sometimes a low thyroid symptom. _________________________________________________________________ It's simple! Guest guest
\> PS Carpal tunnel is sometimes a low thyroid symptom. Carpal tunnel is also due to B6 deficiency which causes an increase in water-holding. 100mg three times a day for 6 weeks often corrects this. Sleeping with a bandage that has had castor oil poured on it for 3 nights in a row each week helps too. And of course eliminating the ergonomic cause and dealing with dental infections on that side of the jaw. D
