If you look at page 21, you will see the whole red bar is included.

You don't have to be at the end of the bar.

Thanks, I missed that somehow. This clears it up. My poor husband

meets 2 counting rules now, and he's not anywhere near as sick as I am

(i meet 1 rule, but have been taking more supplements. Too bad they

don't help me feel much better...). But his memory is getting worse.

Fortunately, many thousands of $$$ later, and after talking him into

getting his crowns looked under (they ALL had amalgam) and gold

fillings out, he is amalgam-free.
