I love eggs, but I think I'd be overwhelmed with so many every day. Colored eggs are pretty fun, though!

did you ever make a "Kugel"? it's a noodle pudding made with eggs and other stuff

my favorites are dairy Kugels made with cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, stuff like that

i use about 6 eggs per pound of noodles

there are many variations

it's one ofthe things that i make extra, cut up and freeze in individual servings
