TK--- This won't help much - responses to HC are very individual and vary widely and can be very hard to get correct with other associated health problems and physiology. Some people need to take dosages at odd times to get the best results including taking all at night for example [not suggesting this]. Sleep is [very] important for people with adrenal insufficiency.
