Guest guest
Forgot to say - I understand what you said about continued disappointment too. DH asked me if I wanted to carry on actively trying. My immediate answer was no because I didn't want to keep getting disappointed. But then we both realised that for as long as we are having unprotected sex (and therefore could possibly get pregnant) I will be disappointed everytime I get my period. I admit, this is new territory for me - DD was an unplanned surprise. I haven't faced the agony of trying (and failing) to conceive before. I was always aware that 'trying for a baby' is an emotional rollercoaster but only now can I really apreciate this! The way I have to 'deal' with this, is to focus on other things and keep my mind busy (and let my body do all the work.) Sorry for rambling and sorry if I have offended anyone who has had problems TTC when I haven't even been there yet. Liz x
Guest guest
Same again, DS was a total surprise, and as I have just been told I have polycyctic ovaries this time was as much a surprise (even though we were hoping) Funny how things work when you don't want them to but don't when you do!
