It seems to help me - I use P5P. It calms me down and seems to help

some with nerve pain.

Ive found 5htp, omega oils and milk thistle help with those symptoms.

It could be a weather reaction as well, after all it is temperamental

I recently switched to P5P and haven't been feeling the benefits I was

on the regular kind. Come to think of it, I've been feeling the same

symptoms you've mentioned lately and couldn't figure it out. Never

thought that it could be caused by P5p?

Is there anyway this is possible?
