there are some new waters out now that are flavored and have vitamins.

some of them don't even have any calories. i've been drinking them when i'm

out doing errands or whatever to keep hydrated AND energized

Ah, ah, good question! :-) I know Propel is one of them, but this wasn't

that. It was Natural something or other.

Oh yeah. CAn't go walking tomorrow. Had to move up my ENT appointment from

Thurs to tomorrow cause my face and ear are hurting like hell. hehe, my fat

cheeks are even puffier than usual!
