I can't remember what you have posted in the past about your symptoms, history, what supplements you are taking, whether you have started chelation. ****The basic supplements that Andy recommends should be beneficial. He notes that anxiety can be caused by hypoglycemia. Try eating several small meals all day long, with protein at every meal, and avoid sugar, starch, and foods that are high in carbohydrates. Include lots of vegetables in your snacks, and good fats (like those found in fresh coconut, avocado, flax oil, good quality fish oil, butter) for energy. ****Read the adrenal section of AI starting on p 118. Anxiety is very common with adrenal insufficiency. Consider some of the non medicinal ways to cope with anxiety - like going for walks, listening to music, meditation, anything else you can think of. ****Try not to worry. Taking too much too fast is probably what caused your symptoms.---------Jackie Now it is like 6 days ago and I still am very restless, have trouble sleeping and have anxiety sometimes. What has happened to my body? -----------You probably just took too much too fast and your body couldn't handle it or wasn't used to it. Maybe read in AI about stuff that might help you calm down and reduce your anxiety, like GABA maybe.-----------Jackie Is it doing thing to the thyorid? I am so worried!!! ----------Hopefully this will pass. If your test was only a little bit low, then maybe you only need some mild adrenal support. I suggest you do some more reading about it in the Links section of this group. Maybe just Vit C and B's and something like licorice might be enough for you.---------Jackie livene
Guest guest
Thank you for answer! My test was a little low on cortisol. But I have been on progesterone cream, and I read in the book " adrenal fatigue " () that test results for cortisol can come in conflict with the progesterone cream. But I had many symptoms of adrenal fatigue. So I decided to try it out. Do you know anything about this? livene PS. I will order some GABA! Sorry my english

Guest guest
This sounds like thyroid hormones are flooding your cells from the adrenal support. I have not heard of " adrenalnut " is that the ingredient or the brand? You want something that is made of adrenal cortex only, not whole adrenal which will make these symptoms also. Also, large doses is a problem. You need to go low and slowly work up to a dose that helps you feel well. I don't think it's doing anything to your thyroid. No worry there, just stressing your body out with the too high doses. Since your test showed you were low in cortisol...you might consider taking some hydrocortisone cream from the store and rubbing a 1/4 tsp on your forearm to calm things down. (this will give you a little bit of cortisol to reduce what sounds like adrenaline) Then begin on a low sensible dose of adrenal cortex to help your adrenals. Are you on thryoid hormones? (synthroid or Armour) if you are, this reaction can also happen when you add adrenal support, in which case, you need to lower the thyroid support for a day or two to allow your body to dump the excess t4. I recomend reading this website to learn about your endocrine system and how to support it or test for what you might need. www.stopthethyroidmadness.com > > I had some cortisol tests done and it showed little bit low in cortisol.(salvia) > > I started at a medisin similar to ACE.
