I was calm. I don't know why. I just wasn't afraid. I've already been told that I will probably get an appointment at the UWMC in December. Beverley Joy, Well I am so glad you god off the boat safely, and thank goodness for those brave people who rescued you. How did you stay so calm? Or were you?

Your new doctor sounds like he is going to take charge and do what he thinks is best. I can understand his thinking, taking you off prednasone to help with your diabetic problems. UWMC can work through your new doctor, and I am sure he will feel better about his own treatment of you with their input. Looks like you have found a good situation. Take care of yourself and stay safe on your boat. Enjoy!
