Some help please! I dont understand my body!

I had some cortisol tests done and it showed little bit low in cortisol.(salvia)

I started at a medisin similar to ACE. (It says it made from adrenalnut. It is

from sweden. )

I did take large doses of it, i got so restless, anxiety from it I had to stop.

Now it is like 6days ago and I still am very restless,have trouble sleeping and

have anxiety

sometimes.

What has happend to my body?

Is it doing thing to the thyorid?

I am so worried!!!
