RE: Trip out to hospital/Jolene

Well don't remember if I posted anything about this or not. Anyway went to

the endoscopy clinic to see Judy to schedule my scope, like a dummy I set it

for Nov 22.. I swear chemo brain is still at work behind the scenes

somewhere. Now I have to call and change it, cause no one can be off that

day. So I wll hope I can still get it done in November.

Went to get the blood work done, they did it all for the surgeon and

Oncologist, and my primary. Wanted to wait until I had been taking the fish

oil pills for a couple weeks but it is done anyway. Picked up the fleet kit.

I did mention something about that but I think that was after I saw the

surgeon.

I have to stop taking the coumadin 72 hours prior, also the Maxcide

(hbp/diuretic), I think she said some other med too but can't remember. Well

I will at least get to take my breathing meds anyway. Got my appt for my

PFT - that is breathing test. Should be okay for that. Cause I take the

Advair right at midnight, and Spriva works for 24 hours. So I will not be

walking around here panting for breath.

Oh one fun thing, my appt for the scope is like at 1pm, they don't do any

a.m. scopes.. Anyway that morning before I go upstairs have to go to

hospital admitting and get that paperwork filled out. I sure hope that I

don't have to run to bathroom any more by then. LOL.

Just hope I can get the appt rescheduled.

Jolene, Good to know that your getting the appointments going. Gosh,

how I hate getting through all of mine. Should be getting all mine
