Sequal Eclipse/car battery rant

Hi...

My car battery was dead yesterday. After lots of trying to figure out why, I've about come to the conclusion that the Sequal Eclipse oxygen concentrator that I bought, used but almost new, was plugged into the cigarette lighter last time I was driving and was drawing power from the battery faster than the alternator could replace it.

Has anybody else had this problem? Except for the size and weight, I love the Eclipse, but this could be a problem on long trips.
