Guest guest
Thanks will move the gate from top of stairs to DS's bedroom and give the stars a go as he has just realised that real stars live in the sky, so it should work well. Where abouts would I find it? Would it be with the BtheB bits? Our Toys R Us don't sell Brio. Trisha SAHM to 3 boys
Guest guest
> It is also a bit sad when they ask for the cot back!:-( DD's cot converts into a bed, so the most sensible solution would be to take the sides off her cot one day. But I'm having visions of a terrified, sad toddler thinking I have destroyed her cot - so haven't had the heart to do this... Instead I am kind of hoping to get DD a new bed and leave the cot in the same room (it'll be a bit crammed in there, but it doesn't really matter) so she could have a choice - and then I thought she might slowly graduate towards a bed. We shall see! I am being a bit too softhearted here... It's a shame to waste the cotbed I suppose, but little brother can always inherit it as he's in a ramshackle borrowed old thing at the moment anyway. Not sure I'll have the heart to take the sides off for him either though, so at this point not quite sure why we got a 'cotbed' at all!
