Guest guest
What are peoples experiences with B6? Has it made anyone feel better or worse? I have been taking the co-enzymated form (P5) thinking that if I have a problem with normal B6 this should cover it. I have tried the P5P in doses from 25mcgs to 100mcgs. And what does it actually do? Is it to help with methylation (along with B12, TMG and Folic acid?) I am beginning to think it actually makes me feel worse though.I seem to get symptoms of mercury redistribution (for me these are blurry vision, brain fog and headaches.) Any thoughts?
