HI Val... Pregenolone was one on my many wonders too.. yes at

my wits end explains the feelings for me too..

That is interesting you taking just a little.. I would not have

thought of doing that.. I suggested it to freinds who seem to

have a similar reaction to you.. it may be worth a try again

for my freinds at a smaller dose .. How little do you take??
