Guest guest
Narice, Please know that you are in my heart and prayers. I will also light a candle today in Phil's memory. My biggest prayer is that he will just go into a peaceful sleep with family surrounding him. You have done ALL you can do my friend, now it is in God's hand. All my love to you and the boys. Guest guest
Dearest Narice and boys - I continue to pray that God will give you the strength to get through this. I pray that Phil will no longer feel the pain and frustration of this horrible cancer and that he will pass peacefully with all of you at his side. God will take care of him on the other side and then Phil can continue to take care of his family, congregation and all of us from the spiritual side. God be with you and yours - praying hard. donna flipper759@... wrote: We rushed Phil to the hospital last night with heavy bleeding breathing problems and lowblood pressure. They did a tranfusion 8 units total of both red and white cells. This is the last aggressive step we will take. Phil is experiencing both liver and kidney failure and it is just a matter of time. The BLOOD has stablizedc him but he has been asleepost 72 hours straight and is very very weak. We are devastated and yet we know that something better waits for Phil on the other sideof this dark journey. Please pray that his parting is peaceful and for me and my family Thanks Narice
Guest guest
Narice - My heart breaks for you and your children. I am praying for you all. I have been stunned at the fast progression of the disease and subsequent break-down of Phil's organs....wasn't it just about 2-3 weeks ago that Phil was preaching both services at your church? We know God performs miraculous healing even in this day and age....it is excruciating when it becomes apparent to us that our loved one is not to be the recipient of that physical healing. God does not always do what He can do and it is hard to understand. He did not spare Jesus from the Cross even though He could have done so and the whole world received the blessing of His sacrifice. We can't know the whys of Phil's situation but we can know the One who does. May God bless, strengthen and comfort you and your precious sons. I pray God will grant Phil some pain-free time with you and the boys before He calls him home.
