with me everything went to Hell in a handbasket with bad protocol and

too much of everything, totally lost my mind due to cilantro and

sulphur foods; lost 40 pounds and developed disabling MCS and EMF

problems and fatigue

WHAT I WAS DOING under stupidvison of BAD health care provider

**lots of probiotics and gut treatments for yeast and fungus which i

believe really stirred up mercury

** primarily sulphur foods (eggs and broccoli, cauliflower, kale soup

asparagus)which stirred up more mercury

**juicing which i have since read can be just too much for many

people as it is too concentrated for our body

**cilantro juicing/edta suppositories

** avoiding all salt which i learned later was absolutely

terrible if your adrenals are low

After reading AI I learned what i had been doing was bad for adrenals

and had probably damaged them severely, and i was not on HC before my

amalgams were removed which i probably should have been. I think my

adrenals really crashed after amalagam removal and are a little

better now, but i still think i have a long way to go

I think my problems with ACE had something to do with sulfation

problems (not sulphur foods and am not sure if these two are related

if at all). I would get the same nauseating head pain problem after

epsom salt baths

If you do not have, try to get your husband to keep a good daily list

of when bad/good symptoms/reactions occur and add/delete only one

supp/med at a time so you can determine what works and what does not
