Incidentally my husbands doc who did orthoscopic surgery on his knee for

torn cartilage/joints told him to use Glucosamine and Condroitin - you can get

it in Vitamin section or warehouse clubs - has been recommended by many docs

and physical therapist as well - take daily - helps joints.

Pat... Glenn and I have used the Glucosamine and Chondroiton for

several years...I used it as a preventative and Glenn took it and relief from

aching joints was experienced after a few weeks and on a continuous basis. He

doesn't take them now, tho, for several months. They took him off all vitamin

supplements due to interference with chemo. Since all the troubles with

diarrhea, and his aversion to taking pills, he's never started back on them.

Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle

I just started back on my osteo bioflex pills. Went off them when I started

chemo, and dreaded going back on them cause they are such big pills. But my

joints are crying for some sort of relief.

Am about to head for bed but am out of books to read now. Drat. I was at

Walmart too and could have got a couple more. I think next week am going to

get son to help me box up my books and take them to library. Got to

make some room here. LOL.

Take care Jolene
