Guest guest
Hi donelle: I am thinking of you and Glenn. Sorry to hear about his fall. I don't think I would have been able to do anything except call 911. Your sheet solution is ingenious. I am happy to hear your friend has been with you through this. As for the kidney, yes, please call. It does sound like he could have an issue with the kidneys or maybe an infection. Take care,

Take care, ...it takes me a while to think of doing the obvious...LOL I learned the sheet solution from caring for my Mom at home a few months ago....they kept a folded sheet under her at all times to help move her up and down and roll her from side to side...it is rather ingenious, but not my idea... Glenn did feel a little warmer than usual yesterday, but had big time chills... I'll check his temp. this morning to see if anything going on there...and call Hospice. It was 12 hrs. yesterday between urination...and he hasn't gotten up all night. I can tell b/c the walker is still where I put it. Hoping so bad, nothing else is happening...he needs to go with " some " dignity or I feel I won't be able to handle it!!! Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle Caregiver to Glenn
