Guest guest
Hi Jaco, My chelation is going really well but I have have had similar mild problems with my joints and connective tissues while chelating. When I am on round or shortly after, activities I would normally tolerate, such as playing guitar or drums, will result in unusual, persistent joint pain. I haven't found anything I can do about it, and is seems to be less and less of a problem as chelation continues. I am pretty confident this will normalize after I am detoxified. Good luck, Dave --- Jaco Louw wrote: > My temperature is indeed too low and I am currently > on T3 treatment > ('s Temperature Syndrome treatment) for past > week and a bit, as well > as cortisol for adrenal insufficiency (helps a lot > with brain fog and energy > levels) for the last month or so, which together > have lifted my temperature > quite a lot already. Guest guest
Maybe check on Manganese and Boron - both can be helpful for joint/connective tissue problems. Particularly Manganese is needed for the cushioning from repetitive motions - like using a jack hammer, riding on a bumpy bus, jogging and I guess drumming. And maybe Vitamin K because it is connected somehow with Manganese and is also part of the bone/joint health picture. Gail.
