basic supps - limited budget

with regard to molybdenum (on the basic supps list)the only one I can

find is molybdenum picolinate 1mg - could someone confirm this is the

one I need to get. Also on the list is chromium picolinate 200mcg with

every meal - I have been told that this is only necessary if you have a

hypoglycemic problem - is this correct?.

I have also just read that the selinium binds to mercury and I can not

find any that is selenomethionine - does this also bind to mercury -

and is it safe? As in the book I can't see anywhere on all the

different supp lists where it mentions selinium.

As I am unable to work i am on a limited budget - what on the basic

supp list would I be able to omit safely.
