Is this correct? > See AI for occasions when vit A could be taken in high doses. Vitamin D should be supplemented depending on need. 2000 iu per day is ok for most people. Testing for serum 25(OH) vitamin D is advised and then shooting for an optimal level of about 100Umol/L. Most people are very low in vit D and need to supplement, but there are exceptions (people who have UV treatments for psoriasis, people who have high sun exposure, people who have specific problems).
