Mercury in blood regarding the taking of ALA

Sorry to post 3 times in a row, but i feel its better to get them off

my mind than to keep them in.

I only started DMSA chelation 2 months after Amalgam removal so would

it only be safe to take ALA therefore 5 months after to give 3 months

of DMSA chelation before i start ALA.

I was also eating fish up until a month ago, and this time last month

my mercury blood levels come back at 40mg.
