This was on recommendation of . Hi, How did you know you were " barely producing any stomach acid and absorbing any protein/fat? " > Everything was working great. I'm not sure about the answers to these questions, but I know you can try Glutagenics by Metagenics (contains DG-Licorice, Aloe and Glutamine). This helps repair the gut lining. But I had some " official " test to see if I had celiacs and I tested negative. However, on another test I showed " mild " sensitivity. I gave it up anyway - I'm seeing improvements. Guest guest
My gut symptoms have improved with chelation.. Before starting it though I found the following a life saver and continue to need them.. . Betaine HCl , Milk THistle seed enzymes for protein , fat digestion == the one I found best by NOW has ox bile { bile salts { in it A good tablespoon of lecithin granules or 1 big teaspoon of liquid lecithin with every meal. This keeps the food moving through by helping the gallbladder and stopped for me the pain and terrible discomfort in my gut. Nanciwell ...
