Guest guest
I need to add to my post , I feel better on rounds than off. This can be deceiving. Plus I have also had problems with feeling the same after the first 3 or 4 rounds at a newer higher dose. BUt by the fourth I realize I am in over my head. This in particular happened when I had lowered the doses of the supplements I use for supports..So whether this would have happened I do not know.. BUt it is wise to stick to longer time at the same dose, rather than push yourself.. I just try and remember that nourishing the body is just as important as detoxing. I grew up in the 60s . a culture with Twiggy as a role model.. I never liked Twiggy but her influence did affect me.. IT is hard to buck all of those messges saying we should all be rail thin.. Eating more , now that I do not get nearly so sick, is my fall project.. I am aim to show the world that our bodies are important and we better start waking up about the consequences of not taking good care of it..> nanci > > FOr those with stressed organs , people who have been ill for > longer periods of time and those who need more help, chelating > is very stressful..
