The issue is for what use and what levels of oxygen does he require. For

traveling if one can do ok on 3 lpm continuous and 6 lpm pulse then its

an excellent machine. But for local use it's heavier than a portable

cylinder or liquid. Also, it's not likely to be good as the only machine

since most of us ultimately will need more oxygen flow than it can

provide. Multiple batteries is also essential to any portable

concentrator. Also, note, that while Sequal Eclipse was for a long time

the only POC with continuous flow, Devilbiss and Oxlife now have

machines with similar capabilities.

Hi Bruce,I knew you would know...you are so informed! I appreciate you!He needs both continuous and on demand flow. He also needs one that is Cpap accomadating. The Sequal Eclispe is the only one we could find that is Cpap. Right now he is on 2 L at rest and 3.0-3.5 when moving.
