Guest guest Posted June 23, 2008 Report Share Posted June 23, 2008 hi iam a 54 year old male new to the group from the UK. i have not started chelating yet as i may still have some mercury under a front bridge, although unlikely do not want to take chances. in the meantime has anybody any suggestions for insomnia.haven't slept longer then 3hrs and thats broken, for 10months, and after that laying in bed get more and more agitated and even the most trivial thought disturbs me. also i have this permanent feeling of unreality all the time (10mnths) and its really awful.Has anyone else had this feeling thats gone when they started chelating? thanks Dudley. Hi Dudley Here are some tips for it: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/insomnia.html There are some natural ones and then a link to medical options that Dt Teitelbaum uses.
