Guest guest
Anyone know if *low dose* aspirin, such as is used for pre-conception/pregnancy where a woman has had severe, early onset pre-eclampsia, is contraindicated whilst breastfeeding. Is the risk of Reye's Syndrome dose related and is an older baby (this one is 16 months) at less risk (currently having 4+ feeds a day) Is this something where the risk to the next pregnancy, the risk of Reyes Syndrome and the potential distress to mother and child from premature weaning have to be balanced? -- jennifer@...
