Hi Sher,

Seeing you and Rich was definitely in my plans. I have a Dr. appointment (PFTs) July 16th, and thought I better wait to announce my traveling plans. My PFTs results have been on a slow decline but I have still been feeling good, so I will wait and see what the Doc says.

Peggy, if you and your hubby get out and about and are in Seattle there is a great Pizza restaurant (Pegasus)at Alki Beach in West Seattle, GREAT salads also, (phone #) still on my speed dial --LOL. Fantastic views of the container ships coming and going, Space Needle, Olympic Mountains and the Seattle sky line. It reminds me of (1965) Huntington Beach, Ca. lots of roller bladders, volleyball, etc,---very popular spot in Seattle. Anyway I better quit reminiscing, it makes me want to move, but I can't stand the rain and cold weather any more so I'll stay in AZ.

Joy, last year I couldn't make it to the PNW gathering as I was just recouping from the VATS and a little tiny bit of the "wo-is-me-attitude." I did go to Seattle around August 1st and thought about you and Steve W. but didn't have your phone #'s. I did contact Kathie in Tacoma but she was really sick at the time and neither of us wanted to take chances.

Hopefully we can make contact this year, I will be busy putting the pieces of my travel puzzle together once the Dr. says I'm good to go. Hope to meet you and as many others as possible during my trip some time around Aug. 1st?????
