I know the two Helios's are a baby anda toddler. But do they have names? And surely you must have a name forthe reservoir? I love it.... names everything. The GPS person in my phone who directs me isPhoebe. She's extremely smart, very helpful, but she does get upset whenyou don't do as she says. Bells go off and quite sharply she may say"make a u-turn at Church St" of she may say "New Route" and I always getthe feeling she's a bit upset with me when she has to say that.I think just by the names and the way you refer to your equipment itbecomes obvious you think of it as your friends. I'm going to have toname mine now. But I do hold it in the same regard you do. It's therefor me. It enables me to enjoy life with my disease. You always sneak in such important points to like the one that when yourneeds changed you spoke to the manager at the supplier's office. Thatsthe person we all need. The manager I spoke to at my supplier is now thedistrict manager so I now have the boss of the boss who knows me and whoeven confirmed in writing that they could do what we discussed. (I putwhat I understood in writing and she acknowledged it). They are not useto PF and they need to be educated. Furthermore, you give them a face, voice, or just a person to think of. It's now humanized and personal. Not just another customer number. Instead of this customer is asking forthat it becomes, "oh yes....Joyce. ..she has PF and her needs areincreasing.. .yes, go on and give her that."> >> > Do any of you with PF fly? I live in San , Texas & my friend> lives in Colorado Springs, Co...she wants me to visit but i'm just not> sure how i will do...not even if if drive because of thealtitude...Can> anyone help?> >>
