the liquid resevoir is R2D2 -- i got that idea on line in 06

i thought about Helen for the little Helios and for the Marathon-- but i don't use the names

interesting as i type, the names i pick are mostly female -- moms give life -- o2 sustains life

what a neat way to look at it!!! yeah Joyce!!!

it was just this weekend when i was having lunch with marianne that i came up with her baby and my toddler

otherwise, when i have both of them together in the stroller -- like at a ballgame -- i refer to them as fraternal twins

PinkOk, your concentrator is Connie. I know the two Helios's are a baby anda toddler. But do they have names? And surely you must have a name forthe reservoir? I love it.... names everything. The GPS person in my phone who directs me isPhoebe. She's extremely smart, very helpful, but she does get upset whenyou don't do as she says. The manager I spoke to at my supplier is now thedistrict manager so I now have the boss of the boss who knows me and whoeven confirmed in writing that they could do what we discussed. (I putwhat I understood in writing and she acknowledged it). They are not useto PF and they need to be educated. Furthermore, you give them a face,voice, or just a person to think of. It's now humanized and personal.Not just another customer number.
